We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cheli! Our room had direct access to
the front balcony and for two days we felt we had our own private Villa
in Italy! In addition to the kind staff, and nice accommodations, we had
one of the best dinners of our trip through Italy at Villa Cheli! The
Tagliatelle Villa Cheli, and the grilled beef, were delizioso! -

Everything about it! The location is beautiful, the restaurant food is
excellent, and the service is outstanding! We had a minor problem in our
bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as
we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything
was taken care of. Absolutely great service and value for your money.

The folks at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. They were helpful in providing information and arranging taxis. Our room had a balcony with a lovely canopy of flowers. The staff where really helpful and friendly great place to stay we really enjoyed our visit the local pizza restaurant was recommended Suzi - Ameri 5 minutes from the hotel great food not just a pizza place....good food good atmosphere good wine at a reasonable price. -

A very good price for this type of hotel. really beautiful fournitures and design in a tipical lucca's house. excellent - the staffs were very friendly and we had exelent time. the room is well decorated and the location is the best.

Everything! This is our fourth stay at Palazzo Alexander and it is my favorite place to stay in Italy. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They allowed use to keep our room as we had a late flight and also provided us with a free calendar and ceramic plaque of Lucca. - The staff are always extra friendly, and give me a warm welcome. Also the variety of foods at the breakfast was excellent including boiled eggs and cold meats and cheese,

We really enjoyed our stay. Every detail was taken care of in and out of
the room. All kinds of little extras in the room and then there were
bicycles available to each person at all times. The breakfasts were
outstanding! The staff gave good recommendations for area restaurants
and activities. -

This had a great location inside the walls of Lucca! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of five (with an extra cot requested). Perfect, quiet location next to the piazza Napoleone. The staff gave excellent advice about parking options and even booked the parking garage for us, good service!
Casa Paolina is like having your own appartment in Lucca. Big appartments, so and ideal place to go with groups of 4-6 people.Please be aware of opening times reception: 10am till 1 pm and 3pm till 6 pm.
No breakfast, but many nice bars around.
