Our traditional Tuscan residence is located beside Piazza S. Michele and the S. Martino cathedral; it would be hard to find a more central location to stay in Lucca.
Situated on a typical Italian street, we offer privacy, friendly owners and excellent transport links; the railway station is within easy walking distance. Our accommodation is warmly and brightly decorated, with simple furnishings and a traditional style; the rich reds of the terracotta floor tiles lend the rooms a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Our guest house will provide the ideal base from which to explore Lucca, the surrounding area or even Pisa and Florence.

Fabio was very helpful and picked us up from the information center when we arrived. Lucca is so small that anything inside the walls is pretty much going to be easy access. The room was exactly as expected and very comfortable. be aware that there are no staff who are always at the location, but Fabio gave us his cellphone number so if there were any problems we could call him. Centre of Town, very handy to stay here. The way we were left to stay in the hotel without any further interruptions. Good english spoken.όλα τα σχόλια »
A nice room in a quiet backyard. We loved the location, right in the heart of Lucca. The entrance to it was also charming, through arched entryways into a tiny courtyard with an awning covered fine restaurant.Very nice staff, easy going, very helpful, really good experience. The hotel is in a very good location. the place was clean and the rate was good that's it. Everything in close proximity including rail station. Being in the centre of town was very noisy during the night. The room was a little smaller than the one in the picture, but it was more than ample for a pair of travellers.Cleanliness of the bath. I wish there had been internet in our room.I was not so happy with the general presentation of the shared bathroom and the functioning of the shower. No soap or shampoo was provided either. Also the 'double room' did not actually have a double bed, but two beds standing next to each other. This is not really comfortable for a couple. A 'double room' should have a double bed. your website did not advise that there was no daily service. we had to call the owner, who came over and gave us a key, 2 towels and that was it. There was no daily maid service or change of linens/towels. we did not expect a lot but felt booking.com could have made it more clear. We only had hot water on the second day. The control for the boiler wasin another room.
