It was an amazing surprise. Located in the heart of the historical Lecce, we stayed in the appartment located on the top of the old building. We had for us an amazing opened, equiped terrasse looking at the Duomo and Santa Croce. It was just superb. Every tourist will die to be there.

Nicely furnished, modern, comfortable, well-equipped, well located in the centro. There are only 4 rooms. Mine had a separate kitchen, bath and huge roof garden. A generous breakfast of pastries, fruit and coffee was brought to each room on a tray. The proprietor arranged for a parking space on the street where we were able to leave the car while we explored the city on foot. I would certainly return on a future trip. The price was very reasonable.

Surroundings! The whole resort is beautiful, swimming pool, a lot space,
trees and grass. Free bus to the beach. Free additional activities (but
in italian only) and extra italian breakfast. I want to have all
appartments like this one!

Michelangelo was so kind to us. Best service ever! The B&B was in a
great location, he helped us find parking and we had a free audio guide
of the city. He even offered to take us to an underground tour of the
city. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant. We would definitely
recommend this B&B and return again!

Stayed in the beautifully furnished and comfortable one bedroom apartment. The small couryard for hanging washing was ideal. Excellent facilities in the heart of the historic town of Lecce, great if staying longer than overnight . Gracious owner will organise tourist information about Lecce or the Salento area on request.

The owners and the service was very warm, friendly and welcoming. Marco
went out of his way to help me park and share all sorts of information
about the city. I felt very safe and at home.
The location is incredible - very central for enjoying the city. I returned for an extra night at the end of my trip because I liked it so much.

This B&B was very good for several reasons. The location in the centre of old Lecce, close to the central square is convenient for sight-seeing and to get the most out of visiting this town. The service provided by Marco and Simona is excellent - helping us find parking for the car, the first class breakfasts and overall concern to provide us with a good holiday experience. The rooms were generous and well appointed and were well-priced.

One of the few B&B's with a free bike rental and a dedicated kitchen. Very affordable for such a great location, very nice personnel. You need to drive from Lecce to the beach, but it's worth it. Lecce historical town is about 10 mins away by foot. -

The Istituto is very clean and the room is well-appointed. The building itself is historic and lovely. I had a last-minute problem when my outbound flight was cancelled and the staff was very helpful and gracious. A quiet peaceful facility tucked in a quiet corner of the city. The hotel is in a safe, very quiet neighborhood. The facility is immaculate. The breakfast is outstanding with a local specialty, pusticotti. Amazing price for a room with a private bath and air conditioning. Staff is wonderful. Give this place an A+!
