Staff- Stefano was extremely helpful made absolutely everything we needed available including late check-out. Great bathroom, air con was amazing after a hot summers day sightseeing through ruins, reliable wi-if, close to a metro (which isn't that common in Rome!), quiet little stay with only 3 rooms, quiet area -

If you are looking for a great location, friendly, and budget-wised accommodation, it is the perfect place for you ! You can walk to all the major attractions. fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

Amazing place .
Excellent location 3 min walk from the Coliseum and 5 minutes walk from the Metro .
Staing at the b&b allows you to reach any point in Rome by foot without using public transportation at all.
The place itself is very, very clean with ensuring every little detail of comfort.

Very warm welcome, the young couple managing this B&B/appartment was friendly, helpfull and kind. we stayed for 3 nights in the "suite" with the water bed and the spa. the room is furnished with taste and every little detail is thought through. the bathroom is furnished with stone and wood which makes it relaxing and modern. We enjoyed, of course, the huge bubble bath with essential oils ( nothing better after a long day walking!). i definetly recommend the suite for the confort, localisati

I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new. The staff were charming and helpful and the location was great. We walked to every llandmark.... No need for taxis!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking.
Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Our first taste of Europe 14th June 2013 before our tour started 17June was staying at this Hotel , what a wonderful start to our holiday the staff amazing hotel beautiful location fabulous . Dei Borgia is a new hotel in an existing building. Lovely marble throughout. More of a boutique hotel at very reasonable rates.
breakfast is included & an excellent buffet with hot & cold offerings in an indoor or outdoor seating choice. Classy yet informal. Exceptional staff dedicated to customer satisfaction.
