Location is great, right in the heart of Trastevere....yet it is so quiet inside the house that one could think this is not in Rome. Our room was very spacious, clean, nice bathroom, excellent shower. the staff was great and had great answers for all of our questions. they even pointed out some great restaurant that were off the normal tourist path. the room was a good size for me and my girlfriend not huge but it was not a closet about what you expect from a three star hotel. the beds were comfortable even if it was just two twin beds but together. the had some one making coffee and cappuccinos in the morning along with some other light foods, cereal bread croissants. loved the place.

They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable.
However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of
their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you
feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about
an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and

here again simply for the service. -
The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

I was on the business trip and it was very important to me to recharge my battery after a hard day.
In this hotel I was able to relax and also thought about the day being in Rome.
the staff is very friendly. Everyone was ready to help me in different matters: to book a taxi; the advice of how it is easy to get an unknown place for me in Rome.

We took a taxi from Termini station direct to the hotel. Easy to find, apart from we were not aware that the reception is on the 4th floor. This hotel is really convenient to exploring Old Rome. The Coliseum was
a little bit of a walk, but all the other big sights were within a 20
minute walk. Piazza Navarone is only about a 3 minute walk. St. Peters
15 - 20 minutes. The hotel was recently updated and room size was
