Location is great, right in the heart of Trastevere....yet it is so quiet inside the house that one could think this is not in Rome. Our room was very spacious, clean, nice bathroom, excellent shower. We spent 4 nights in Rome and Hotel de Teatro became our home-away-from home. Great location near Piazza Navona and Campo di Fieri. Paulo at the front desk was very helpful and spoke impeccable English although I tried some Italien. The breakfast was delicious, our room comfortable and spacious and very clean.

We stayed three nights at the hotel and enjoyed every minute. They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

In this hotel I was able to relax and also thought about the day being in Rome.

This hotel is really convenient to exploring Old Rome. The Coliseum was
a little bit of a walk, but all the other big sights were within a 20
minute walk. Piazza Navarone is only about a 3 minute walk. St. Peters
