Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.
Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living.

Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

Perfect location in the centre of Rome. We spent there 2 days and is a really famiily Hotel, little and confortable. Cleaning all the morning and the afternoon. Even if the rooms in the "suite" section are small, they are SO nicely decorated and CLEAN. We had a little balcony :) - The staff was very friendly. .

The staff here were exceptional! I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them. Our room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning performed very well and kept our room at a nice temperature during a week of 35> degree Celsius days. We had a superior double room (302 a) with a view overlooking the
Spanish steps. Room was clean and comfortable with a relaxing white

The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

The staff at Chic & Town was phenomenal. They are extremely friendly
and try to make you as comfortable as possible. They also helped us plan
some of our trip and would give is a map and draw out routes to take or
book dinner reservations by looking im them up on google and calling

Its location is in the heart of Rome which allows you to access most of
major events on foot. Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori is just 5 min walk.
Even Vatican is only 15 min away. Thats a great advantage especially if
you go to Rome during hot summer time. You may come back to your room in

Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.
