What a gem! Located in an old Palazzo, in the middle of Rome's best
shopping, a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. For
a few dollars more that other hotels we looked at, we had a huge 2
bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Elise was a tremendous help in every

Everything was perfect and exceptional. Staff, specially Manuella, were very helpful and professional. Hotel was very clean and in perfect location. Internet was excellent... all were exceeding our expectations.

I like everything in this hotel. I have to say that It was the best of all the hotels I have visited before. Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor
needs was excelling! For example, she prepared breakfast one morning
earlier than the scheduled breakfast period to allow us to get an early
start with that day's activity.
Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too.

ειναι παρα πολυ καλη περιπτωση.και με αυτα τα χρηματα δεν βρισκεις τιποτα της προκοπης στη Ρωμη. Το σημειο ειναι καλο ,το δωματιο υπεροχο και το πρωινο στο δωματιο πλουσιο. It has a great location yet remains quiet and comfortable. If you like run of the chain hotels you will probably hate it! If you are looking for something different give it a try. I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The
hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was
so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so

Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini.
The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable.
Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy.
In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

It was a good location but difficult to find. We needed better
directions since no one we asked and our gps were not helpful in
finding the street address. The 2 staff members there were pleasant,
very helpful and kind, Breakfast was amazing and they even set the
dining room breakfast up early for us because we had to leave early for
our flight. -

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The recommendations for sights and places to eat given to us by Marco were great; we wouldn’t have found many of what became our favourites without them. The location was in a quiet and beautiful part of town just a 15 minute walk from the city centre.

The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant.The whole experience was extreemly luxurious and wonderful! There is much attention to detail in the rooms and a wonderful courtyard to enjoy at leisure. The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of all Rome's wonderful attractions. A true haven for weary travellers! This is our second visit

Very good B&B especially for the price standards of Rome. Breakfast was reasonable, with no set time to eat, so we could have the breakfast whenever we woke up in a self-service scheme, with a nice expresso machine in the lobby. There was also a microwave availabe. -

Le Terrazze is about 7 min walk from the train station Appiano, which you will arrive at coming from Fuimicino Airport. It is 15 min walk to the Vatican Museum and Cipro Metro station (which is a few stops away from Spagna) There is an ice cream as well as a pizza shop 3 min walk away where I visited a couple of times. Madam Anna is very friendly, generous, helpful and open hearted. Though my room was pretty small even for one bed it served me well with all I needed and it was always clean.
The location is also very good if you don't mind to take a short walk to the city.
