Location was nice, lots of restaurants nearby and short distance to old town and metro. Tidy and nice rooms with good bathroom and shower. Bed was comfortable. -
We were very Happy with the location, staff and amenities. By far the

friendly, super helpful and did everything they could to make our stay
wonderful - you really feel like you are their guest and they go out of

This is a small hotel - about 6 rooms in a large building in the Embassy region of the City. so it is very quiet and has a safe feeling. The hotel is very new and the room we had was excellent, very comfortable and modern. there was an ipad in the room for our use which was a very nice touch. the best things about this hotel though are Sereba and Marco who make you feel so welcome. Jeanna was very helpful in providing directions to beautiful
Restaurants in the area especially La Giara. We were also grateful for
her help in making reservation for our Guided Tour of the Vatican City,
Cistine Chapel and the Saint Peter's Square for only $63.00 euro,

The hotel was excellent! The staff couldn't be nicer. Every morning
there was a breakfast with bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, Nutella,
cookies, cheese and salami, yogurt! There was a staff member there that
mass your coffee for you. They had the table set up for you an took away
your dishes when done. The wifi didn't work at first didn't

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Monica showed us the highlights in the area on the map and printed our tickets and boarding passes. She arranged a driver for us for our 6am flight out.
We spent over 3 weeks traveling throughout Italy and this place was by far the best price to value for the level of accommodations. It is within walking distance (5-10 min) to major sites and a convenient bus stop is just around the corner.

It is as elegant as the landlord lady. Well docorated and comfortable room. Good service, good breakfast. Good location, close to the railway station, and most sight seeing places. - Alba was gracious and very helpful. The waitor was excellent and also very helpful.

The location of the apartment was excellent, near the via Veneto, just a
few minutes walk from city center and very near Borghese gardens.
Landlord was friendly and helpful and the rooms are new comfy and clean.
The neighborhood is very charming, pleasant and silent in the evening,
great restaurant with friendly staff and great food- il Felini jus

The people were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy there. The place had high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The shower was in the room but it had a screen for privacy. Nice balcony that overlooked street. In good neighborhood and too far from things. The bedding was very nice. We would stay there again because we enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere.

The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some
trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet
which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us
for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main
road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the
place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise:
you get what you pay for.
