  As with any NH hotel, this property was wonderful! The staff was great, the property was modern, and the breakfast was fabulous!   All the reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. In particular, they were kind enough to let us leave our heavy suitcases with them while we went to Capri for two days even though we weren't coming back to stay there. The morning breakfast was very nice and while it was an excellent Prosecco instead of Champagne, I certainly had no complaints. Some excellent pizzerias nearby. All in all a very pleasant

  that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) - Beautiful hotel with nice facilities.
