  The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent!   Beautiful, ELEGANT, boutique, LUXURY HOTEL WITH A VERY ATTENTIVE, CARING, HELPFUL STAFF. Everything about this hotel screams refined taste. Thought they have just recently opened, and they are still ironing out some electronic quirks, they are right on top of every detail. We truly loved this hotel in wonderful Verona! - The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

  This place is a real find! Very peaceful upscale street within one block of the verona arena where the operas are held! This was wonderful as the opera ended at 1AM and it took me only 2 minutes to get 'home'. No better place to stay if going for the opera. Modern, slightly funky room that faced a large courtyard shared with other buidlings. Thus very quiet room while also giving air and light! Fel - Mino was excellent- so helpful and friendly. He offered us plenty of advice on what to do and where to eat around. The place was fantastic, great location, clean, spacious.

  Το θετικο ειναι το υπογειο παρκινκ (το πληρωσαμε 15ευρω) και προσοχη αν ειστε γκρουπ μηχανες νοικιαστε ενα γιατι το καθενα χωραει 6 μηχανες. Το μεγαλο δωματιο ,ωραιο μπανιο. Αν δεν σας πολυενδιαφερει το πρωινο και η θεα σας το προτεινω ανεπιφυλακτα. - Our room in the spa annex of the hotel was wonderful. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the fantastic Piazza Bra and the Arena. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return to Verona next year and back to Marco Polo. - We loved.....loved......loved our stay in Verona at the Hotel Marco Polo! The front desk staff were amazing and friendly, helpful and recommended places to eat as well as directions, advice and information. The spa and Turkish baths were amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious and amazing showers and bathroom! We would most definitely recommend staying there.
