  Absolutley stunning views, perfect location (4 minutes to P Le Roma, but quiet near a church and a wonderful square with fantastic restaurants and great service). We arrived at 23:00 and were greated with a smile. They even provided us with a selection of breakfast cereals and croissants as a "present."   Excellent location close to St Mark’s square and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood of Venice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for the location alone, but the room was also big and comfortable with all the amenities we needed.   This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by.
