Hosts' smile is best! First, after reservation, we found out we could not make in time for check-in time due to flight change. Then they arranged nice B&B close to airport for us. What's not to like about a luxury yacht moored close to Venice with its own free water taxi to get you back after the water buses stop running. despite misgivings about the yacht being moored on another island it was very easy to get to Venice and back with a ten minute water bus ride.
Would recommend this for a different and special experience. -

The simple fact that it was an yacht. You slept in one of the cabins, could enjoy the sun in the deck, and so on. If you by any chance wanted to have dinner in Venice you didn't have to call a water taxi (the last bus is at 8pm) - they have a free transfer service to the yacht.

We had the room with a balcony over looking the canal. Nice to watch the boats, gondolas coming and going. We got a water taxi in front of train station and it took us right to hotel door. I stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. All the staff were professional, friendly, helpful and gave insider tips on best places to eat, visit. Its in a great location, walking distance to St Marco square. As a solo female traveller, I found it very safe and there are many eateries close by. My double room was spacious and clean. The

Overall I'd highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again in future. -
My family stayed here for i night and enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful giving us advice where to eat, shop and visit the landmarks. Having a very good location and close to everything, we enjoy our walks and shopping.
By the way, i loved the kitchen and the bathroom, i felt i was just home in canada. We would positively come back and stay again in our next vacation.

The location is excellent! It's really close to Piazza San Marco. Also, I was sent directions by hotel staff in advance, so it was very easy to find the place (which usually can be quite tricky in Venice). It really helps staying 5 minutes away San Marco and walking distance from almost all attractions.
We loved the place and have already recommended it to friends and family.
I shall definitely want to stay there on my next trip to Venice.
