Irina was very kind and everything was good during our stay.
We could do a late check out once the next guests were arriving just in the evening, and that was a very good thing for us.

This was our first trip to Rome and thanks to Vincenzo (the owner of this resort) it will not be our last. The room was very nicely decorated and looked like it was recently refurbished with a fine working aircondition, which was a life-saver in Rome's 38 degrees August heat! Bathroom excellent. Room cleaned every day. Espresso machine, free of use, in the common kitchen. Possible to cook breakfast or lunch on gas stove. Balcony with view over the Vatican roofs and towers. Owner, Vincenzo was really friendly and helpful. Cheap room for Rome. On the 8th floor, but there's a lift. Would stay here agai

The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican and connecting with the Hop On Hop Off buses (both were just a liesurely 10 minute walk.
Marco's little welocme basket was really apprerciated -
I really liked the location, restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance. The apartment was as great as expected, had wifi, felt like home.

Marinella gave us a wonderful welcome, and very thoughtfully had food and drinks awaiting out arrival. The apartment was just 10 minutes walk from the Ottoviano metro and had everything we needed for our trip to Rome. The facilities were clean and well kept with everything in full working order. We definitely recommend this to anyone staying in

We appreciated Deluxe Rooms- thanks to this business idea many families can afford to stay in Rome. Very clean, cozy room and bathroom, modern furnishings, very friendly owners. Breakfast in a local cafe turned out to be more of a nice, local touch rather than an inconvenience. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended. -
