  Brand new hotel, very well designed, and with a great atmosphere. Staff was really warm and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and with a nice variety of options, accompanied by excellent coffee. Location is great- less than 5 minutes walk to Termini central station, from which you can take the metro, bus or train to practically anywhere in Rome. Breakfast is also very nice: tasty omlet, crispy bacon, fresh salads, yoghurts and homemade cakes and pastry. Stayed in 10+ hotels in Rome, and this one is definitely a good value for money.

  The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card.   We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery.
