We were greeted with warm smiles and a professional and efficient check in process. We were then driven to our accommodation by a friendly staff member. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon. Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. You need not leave

We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

Location was good, with access to several Metro stations and trams nearby. Only 5 minutes from "The Last Supper" and several other top 10 sights.
The apartment was very clean and new. Excellent cooking facilities. Apartment cleaned every day and towels changed on request. -

We moved to la dimOra after staying at a local apartment on the same
street. What immediately struck us was the great location. Corso Di

supplies that you lacked. What impressed us upon checking in was the

The receptionist was really very helpful and spoke very good English. The apartment was spacious and had all that we wanted, and was new and had some great design elements. And it was especially good for travel with kids. The location was great. A pleasant walk or short tram ride to the centre of Milan and lots of interesting shops and restaurants close by. And it was in a VERY quiet street, which was great.

The apartment was in a great location to the nightlife of navigli, shopping and walking distance to duomo. Marco was a very efficient and welcoming host. Nothing was a problem. They are quite basic, but very clean and as we didn't spend much time in our room, they were adequate for our visit. I would definitely stay here again. -

Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. We LOVED Diffuso Navigli Apartments!
1. It was SO clean!
2. It was SO spacious!
3. The loft was really a fun aspect
4. The kitchen was awesome, great appliances

Great Sunday discounted price. Good location where we could walk to
the Duomo. Easy parking via elevator under the complex. (Big cars will
not fit) Our attic unit had a balcony. The two Queen beds were great
but the roll-a-way was very uncomfortable. We were in the main complex
and had excellent Internet. Kitchen was minimally stocked. Check-in
girl had excellent English and was very helpful and friendly. She
helped carry our bags upstairs and provided a map with directions. We
enjoyed our stay

According to their own brochure, they have 3 locations. Me and my daughter stayed 4 nights on the property right opposite the Lancetti station. From the door of the apartment its about 300m to the door of the train (train station is across the street but there is a bit of a walk and 2 mandatory flights of stairs). Tram is 50m away. The location is quite good, not in the center but the tram and bus station is in front of the residence. It is easy to take bus to Milano Centrale or San Siro stadium. It is also near Carrefour supermarket.
The room is quite clean but not everyday they have cleaning service.
I like this location also by the reason of calm.
