Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful.

- amazing location just in front of historical site, which was directly observed from the window!
- extremely nice and helpful staff who made our stay perfect
- great value for money in the centre of Rome
- nice breakfast especially compared to expectations of just basic stuff with coffee and croissant
- we received free welcoming sparkling wine several times!
- all facilities are very well preserved and even exceed some 5 stars hotels I've stayed in Europe

Wonderful hotel. Clean, modern and extremely comfortable. Silvia and
Gabriele are extremely friendly hosts, and are as knowledgeable of the

Everything was perfect for us. Before our arrival we had some problems
with our airline and had to arrive in advanced; we contacted the staff

Service was fantastic! Elia was there to give us a warm welcome and i was surprised when she insisted on carrying our (full sized) luggage up the stairs--we didn't expect her to help with the luggage at all; just goes to show how gracious these folks are. Anita and Marcello were excellent hosts. We arrived a little early from the airport and our room was not ready. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Rome only a 5 minute walk from the Piazza Novana. Avoid any restaurants near the Piazza, the food is awful and over priced, instead opt for the cafes/restaurants located down the side streets near the hotel - you won't be disappointed.

The staffs were super! They made us feel coming back to Rome and this B&B again.
When I asked some questions, they gave me more than I expected. The location was just around Navona where local people came and enjoyed restaurants and bars! We could find great restaurants and a super market just a few minutes from B&B. There are some buses pass by the main street near B&B, so we came back from Piazza Venice and Termini station by bus. It took only 1.5 Euro and 15 - 20 mins.

Near to Colisseum with about 10 minutes leisure walk. Family room huge with living & bedroom. Satellite TV with plenty of channels & you can set it to English language. In room personalised breakfast is very impressed & appreciated. Near to restaurant, mini mart, gift shops & metro station. Customer service is excellent, our keys ready when we arrived & no waiting time.

We loved this place! The location is just amazing! Out the front door and 30 seconds later your at the Trevi Fountian. 2 minute walk to the via del corso, restaurants all around you and walking distance to all the major historic sites. our room was large, comfortable and spotless with good facilities. Very good hotel! Incredibly helpful personnel,want to thank again two girls from reception and Francesca for the amazing service. Breakfast directly into the room and it was really rich- me and my wife could not eat everything. Conditionier in the room saved us from the hot weather, which sometimes exceeded 30 celsius degrees outside. Silence, clean, superb. Placed couple meters from Trevi fountain,all historical places so close. I left this hotel with a very warm memories :) No doubt next time
