I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. Room was perfect, with a good bed and bathroom, big TV and nice balcony. Everything was cleaned daily. Roberto, the owner and his daughter and son are very friendly and helpful. Roberto, the landlord, is a very friendly and a helpful man. He makes you feel comfortable just like being at home. The location is ideal and safe to discover the trastevere district (many bars, restaurants...lively place at night). The hotel is very clean, bedroom service was very good.

This accommodation was so relaxing in the centre of Trastevere. There is nothing that we could fault. Francesco was away, but Rose , the worker was excellent. Nothing was a problem and she went out of her way to make our stay comfortable.

Francesco and his staff were very friendly, gracious and helpful. He was ready and waiting with a map of the city and the surrounding neighborhood. All of Francesco’s recommendations and tips for restaurants, landmarks and transportation were spot-on. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and charming. I would recommend the Trastevere Suites to anyone that wants to experience the local culture with easy accessibility to the rest Rome. My family and I could not have asked for a better

We like Everything!
We've being last year in Rome and stayed around the corner in a similar B&B
This one is an "A Plus" one.
Nice, clean, charm.
Rates are more than reasonable.
Excellent location.
We'll come back. No doubt.
Like in most of other places the rooms are small. But very nice designed and very very clean. Beautifull! -

Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful.

It is in a very central position for walking - 5 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to the Pal -
- amazing location just in front of historical site, which was directly observed from the window!
- extremely nice and helpful staff who made our stay perfect
- great value for money in the centre of Rome
- nice breakfast especially compared to expectations of just basic stuff with coffee and croissant
- we received free welcoming sparkling wine several times!
- all facilities are very well preserved and even exceed some 5 stars hotels I've stayed in Europe

The owner Alex is absolutely friendly and his hints and tipps are in any case of great help and value. His B&B is very modern, absolutely clean and from high standard. He is always willing to fulfil the wishes of his guests. During breakfast we enjoyed his communication a lot. He is reachable by mobile and answers quickly. It was a great stay

Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure.
Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom.
In good reaching distance to the city by bus.
Good coffee at the breakfast.
Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.

Excellent location 3 min walk from the Coliseum and 5 minutes walk from the Metro .
Staing at the b&b allows you to reach any point in Rome by foot without using public transportation at all.

Very warm welcome, the young couple managing this B&B/appartment was friendly, helpfull and kind. we stayed for 3 nights in the "suite" with the water bed and the spa. the room is furnished with taste and every little detail is thought through. the bathroom is furnished with stone and wood which makes it relaxing and modern. Wonderful hotel. Clean, modern and extremely comfortable. Silvia and
Gabriele are extremely friendly hosts, and are as knowledgeable of the
local area as you can be. Only down side is a small breakfast by English

Everything was perfect for us. Before our arrival we had some problems
with our airline and had to arrive in advanced; we contacted the staff
who solved the problem. When we arrived, everyone was extremely nice and
helpful, and unlike in other hotels, we were offered coffee and

It has a great location 3 minutes to Campo de Fiori, 10 minutes to Vatcian by walk. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. It is in a cute old apartment with a very high tech and comfortable, nicely decorated rooms. It is a small residence that is why you feel like at home. -
