  The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is central, at the edge of the Rialto between the tourist/attractions and quieter neighborhoods.   The accommodation is modest but is very authentic Venezian, being situated right in the middle of the island. It is minutes from the Grand Canal and the Rialto bridge. At night it is very quiet inside and out. The room was cleaned every day. Eugenia and Samuela made us feel very welcome an - This was such a nice little place. With only 5 rooms you received individual attention. Although the staff are not on site all day, they were still available to help with everything. Just minutes from all the best sights and the water. Windows opened to the coblestone streets below which allowed for a fun view. They sent me a personal email before I arrived to assure I took the right water taxi and knew exactly how to get there. Loved, loved, loved this place. Perfect for a couple.

  The service from Daniel, tge manager, was the best experience in a lifetime of travel. He treated us like family. The balcony overlooking the gondolas was classic. I highly recommend this and consider the price to be a great value in the context of an expensive city.
