Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise! I was initially a Venice sceptic but the magic of the place, and in particular this modern hotel, made it truly phenomenal.
The location is perfect. Overlooking the nice streets, just 5 minutes walk

το μονο θετικο ηταν το σημειο στο οποιο βρισκοταν - We were made feel very welcome Staff were always helpful. Our flight home was cancelled and we booked in again for 2 extra nights and hotel reduced the rate for us. Overall fantastic - Excellent staff, good location, a well-run hotel.

This is a top notch hotel. Very nice rooms with nice big bathrooms. We received a room upgrade so I can't speak on a standard room. Our suite with adjoining rooms was, however, excellent++. This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it!
We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!)
We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

The location is extraordinary, not possible to see Venice in a better way with children.
Staff fantastic, friendly, heartfelt, did the extra to make our stay magnificent. Perfect house keeping, concierge and room with welcome drinks in the room for parents and kids. Food and drinks delicate. Well selected toilet amenities. -

This hotel was top class & great value for money via this website as we got 4 x nights in superior room with breakfast for £400! We also got a complimentary transfer in a private vaporetta from the airport & back plus we could use the free vaporetta provided by hotel to go to Venice (literally stops at St Marks) each day (the mooring is ou

what can I say? fantastic hotel in every way, arrived very late about 11.30, staff were very helpful, gave us complementary drinks, bedroom out of this world with messanie floor, décor amazing, they had to give us 2 rooms instead of three because of computer problem with an upgrade, we loved it so much we decided to stay there the next night although hotel wanted to give us three room the next night, with complementary breakfast on top! breakfast eat as much as you like and only cost 16 euros e
