  Now this was a beautiful hotel! From the pre-arrival emails that provided great advise, to the excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful (we had room 307). All the fixtures were high end, and the space a very well designed and comfortable. The bed was total luxury! And the shower facility was excellent. The deal was excellent. The location is perfect, in the middle of Rome. Near to Train & bus station Termini.   As previously, a friendly welcome here by knowledgable staff. We stayed in the 5th floor "superior" rooms, which added an extra VIP touch to our stay, including free delivery of breakfast to our room (between 8 and 10am). We had an inner room, with no window toward the street, which was quiet. The absence of a view I guess it was balanced by the absence of street noise. Fair cost - quality realationship for about 60€ per nigh

  I had booked a double room in this hotel for my parents, I was flying back to Ireland. I met Daniel at reception after a very short and easy taxi ride from the train station. He is very friendly, and explained everything. The room was clean and spacious, and quiet at night,. The bathroom was spacious, and a good shower. Daniel and the staff went out of their way to mak - I could not even imagine it would be so nice. Personal pick up and early drop off at airport for costs comparable to local cabs just adds to the value. In fact we were so early to miss breakfast the last day our host asked if we wanted to grab something from a local cafe. Always considering us and our comfort. Great personal breakfast. We plan to stay here anytime we are in Rome in the future. Perfect location. You are 15 minutes by foot from the Vatican and 30 from other major sites in town. I
