Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

  This b&b is one of the nicest place I have stayed in. The room was the nightswimming room which had a fab jacuzzi bath. The room was spotless and cleaned on a daily basis.   The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building. The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around the corner was 2 very good restaurants.
