As with any NH hotel, this property was wonderful! The staff was great, the property was modern, and the breakfast was fabulous! We were with my parents and their room was a bit small (sea view), but our city view room was fantastic. NH and Jolly Hotels are always a delight- and this was no exception. - Location, service, good breakfaste, friend

The location was superb. We could walk to the train station, to the port, to the shops, to the sights and the restaurants. We were a family of four with two children (9 and 12) and our accomodation suited us very well. we had two adjoining rooms with 2 bathrooms and plenty of closet/drawer space. The Hotel located on main street, with the university view, with noise insulated windows (it is very quite in the room). 5 minute walk from the metro station. Very close to the main sites of the old quarter.
10 minute walk from the marina Molo Bevellero.
The rooms are very nice and clean, the receptionist are kind and helpful. The breakfast diverse and plentiful.

The staff were extremely helpful. I had no problem with the language and they could all speak English. All staff were eager to please and offered excellent advice on where to eat and where to go to experience Napoli. The services offered were exceptional and I was treated as a special guest. All round decent digs in Napoli, decent value and decent rooms etc. if I were going to Napoli again I would stay closer to the nightlife which seems to be in the Chiai area just back from the marina. -

It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place. The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent.
