Paolo was very helpful and accommodating when I was still planing my trip. We checked in a little late and Coordinated with Paolo to have someone there at the time of our arrival. The Ripetta 25 apartment we stayed in was fantastic, it had both design
and functionality, and was cleaned and organized. It is the best way to
visit Rome without worrying about restaurants. In the small kitchen you
have everything you need to prepare a nice meal (better than in many
restaurants!) They provide you with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and
all the basic kitchen equipment. All you need to do is to walk 5 minutes
to the supermarket. The staff was amazing and we really felt at home.

Excellent location! Especially for shopping. Many major sites easily within walking distance. I did cab to the Vatican, but was a minimal cost and quick ride in the early am. (cab stand 2 minutes walk to Piazza del Popolo). My suite was very quiet with a well stocked fridge of breakfast items including eggs, juice, meats, etc. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. The staff was especially kind and accommodating. The wifi, tho fine for e-mail and texting, wasn't strong enough for Skype. Ms.

This apt. was in the perfect spot to walk to all the things we wanted to see. The apt. was a perfect place to go after a long day of sightseeing, it was comfortable- beds were great, spacious and equipped with everything we needed (wish they ha a hot water kettle for tea though...). The apartment was very central for easy access to all the sights in Rome
-about 20 minute walk to St. Peters Sq. In the Vatican - choice of
restaurants and bars in the area of Trastevere was very good. Our apt
was located in Rue Mannatteo No. 23 - it was like a bedsit with all the
facilities one would need - on the ground floor - quiet at night despite
being located in a busy area.

The care taken for our comfort. The special larger room. Smoking on the
pavement was a bit awkward but gave us a chance to feel the neighborhood
in action. The landlady could not have done more!! -

Besides the "Eternal City", we visited 5 cities in Italy. The hotels were different - ordinary and chic, but all of them fully met expectations.
It was only in Rome we were in for a nasty surprise.
The main criteria for choosing the hotel were all in-room facilities , good breakfast and a good district. In the description, it was stated that

I learned of this hotel from friends who had stayed at the Margutta 54 property (run by the same people) and I must say my experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms are beautiful, big and stylish for a fabulous price. And talk about a perfect location, this is a great neighborhood just around the corner from the Spanish Steps - my wife loved b

The location can't be beat; around the corner from the Spanish Steps and in walking distance to most major sites. We travel to Rome often and this is by far the most exquisite small hotel we've ever found. What a gem!

The location was very good if you like to really experience Italy, mix with the locals and not live in a bubble or in a street crowded with hotels and tourists. We had a superior double room (302 a) with a view overlooking the

The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

The sense of having a home to stay in as opposed to a hotel, sense of independance. Beautifully maintained. Elegant. Will highly rec it to fellow visitors to Rome and will stay here on every trip to Rome ourselves. Staff extremely accomadating and genuine. - It is ideally located with the views of the Spanish Steps to die for.
