I had a real pleasure had spent 4 nights in this awesome hotel.the location is great direct in the center of town.rooms are clean and very cosy with unique design.and breath taking view from the window.totally recommend this amazing place.would like to come back there again and again. -

First, I need to explain that this is like a house or apartment with a small living room and kitchen area and then several floors of rooms with shared bathrooms inside of a larger building that houses other residences and some offices, as well. A bit of a find, this - right in the centre of Siena, the many stairs lead to a top floor maze of linked apartments managed from the floor below. Astonishing views from both communal areas and some rooms. Kitchen extremely well set up and spacious - could happily cook a family meal here if travelling on a budget. Theres even a freezer. Owners good-natured and helpful eg: allowed us to leave bags there on last day to pick up later.

You might consider adding history/culture/art to your list of
characteristics considering that It's Siena we'r addressing. The
hotel itself was wonderfully located so far as I was concerned.
Everything was very accessible. Daily maintenance and cleanliness of the
facility was superb. Proprietress and staff very gracious and friendly.

Was easy to find and very close to the city center. Also the breakfast was more than fair and there was great variety of dishes. The hotel morning stuff was very kind and patience. Great location fo fair price. I did enjoy my staying. - The location was nice.

No English so it was quite complicated to comunicate
There are no English instruction - when we arrived nobody was here ať b&b and only some instruction next to the doorbell in Italian - so try to call and wait

We loved staying here. It was cozy, and felt like home. The location was perfect, just a short walk down the street to the Campo. Siena is a very romantic medieval city. Marco and Andreas were really nice and helpful. One night we came in very late with our car and we called Marco who said to park it in front of their garage. No problem! The breakfast was delicious. Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. You are right in the center of the old town and the evening bar next door is good for a nightcap or snack. Safe place even late at night and the bag storage
