The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.
The room was cosy, the bed & linen first class.

Breakfast was good with beautiful views from the top of the hotel of the city. Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. I would like to note that the hotel is the second floor of an historical building. The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

The room was beautifully designed and very well equipped and comfortable. The location could not have been better. There was one receptionist who was very helpful (I think he was called Giuseppe). And the breakfast was outstanding (We'd stayed at a few different places in Italy on the trip but this was by far the best breakfast). -

Marta the girl who received us was so friendly and kind, that we didn't have a chance to ask questions. She opened a map and starting marking tourist sites as well as Restaurant recommendations. world championships during our stay, many streets in the city center

Arriving at the Residenza, we realized how central the hotel really is -
just 200 mete -
A perfect location to see Florence as it was in the centre for shopping and sightseeing. Extremely clean with modern fittings and nothing was too much trouble for the host . It was a bit tricky finding the location and bags have to be taken up I flight of stairs in order to reach the lift . The concierge is only there for limited hours.. But none of this worried us as the location and standard of facilities was well worth it .
