  The location was perfect for my first visit to beautiful Verona. My room and the entire facility was tastefully and uniquely decorated, warm and welcoming. As for the service...the staff at the Palazzo Victoria understand very well the meaning of customer service and consistently deliver. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the rooms of a very high standard. The air conditioning worked perfectly and appreciated given the 32 degree heat outside. The breakfast was excellent.

  location - The hotel was very close to the Arena where we attended an opera performance. Very convenient location! Good breakfast buffet, helpful staff.

  When we stayed here it was the fourth leg of our honeymoon trip across Italy. On arrival we were taken aback at how beautiful the hotel was and its amazing central location. When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised, ad very happy, to be upgraded to a spectacular room. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated.   Nice, atmospheric hotel. Good location. - The hotel is really well located. Even from the train station, the busstops at the corner of the hotel street (4-5 stops).
