The manager Salvatore was extremely helpful. Our flight was late at night and to top it off, the flight was 20 minutes late. But Salvatore was there standing on a corner, waiting for us. Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.

Vittorio was a very sweet and friendly host. He lives upstairs so we texted him whenever we needed anything. Our room was enormous, with loads of useful furniture. Free coffee was lovely, wifi great. Having a child with us, it was really handy having access to a kitchen. -

Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. I highly recommend to everybody

The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and

Second time we stayed here-everything was great and we even got the same room we had previously!!The only issue was that the shower door was broken but everyone couldn't have been more helpful to get it fixed as quickly as possible so there was no problem! Would definitely recommend it to everyone-we are returning to Rome next year to get married a

They have free coffee in the commonroom, free use of computer with internet, the staff provide you withuseful info about getting around in Rome and map, they have bikes foruse, and they even have umbrellas - great hotel!

Within a 10-mintue walk to the Colosseum, Palatino and San Giovanni in Laterano. Very tasty breakfast served on the terrace, including yummy croissants, bread and jam, yogurt and Italian home-style coffee or cappuccino. Close to several restaurants and bars (loved the Pentagrappolo wine bar). Owner and owner's mother helped us a lot giving advice

we were only in rome for a night on a stopover and only wanted a place to put the bags so finding the deal on letsbookhotel.com was perfect for us. We stayed in the spacious, cleaned and comfortable apartment (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms), staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was basic, but brought at the agreed time to our flat every day, the apartment house is located at the city center five minutes walk from the Colosseum, there is lot of restaurants near here; for the price we paid it was excellent, free Wi-Fi available
