  The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking from Manzini metro station (which is only 2 stations from Termini), and about 10-15 minutes the Colosseum, and the Forum on foot, or the tram no.3. It was perfect to sit down on the terrace drinking a bottle o - The location (just 2 stops from Termini using the subway) offers a great starting point for many trips around Rome! Staff is super friendly! Breakfasts were delicious (don't expect loads of stuff, but rather some freshly baked croissants and other pastry, milk products and salami, fruits, eggs, muesli, etc.).   Very good value for money. Staff are good (Alessandro the owner speaks excellent English and is a mine of information). Basic breakfast ok - coffee and pastries. Rooms clean and air-conditioned, shower works. Absolutely fine for a couple of days passing through and on a budget.
