We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

Free internet! - The location of the Hotel was excellent and in walking distance to the centre square and train station. It was easy to have dinner in local restaurants as they were located in the vicinity of the hotel as was the shopping area and tourist attractions like the statue of David. I would recommend this hotel for any future clients as our family really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is only a 15/20 min walk from the town centre but if you wantto you can take the bus which runs pretty often. The staff are politeand very helpfull and you get a fantastic sellection of food forbreakfast. Everything about this hotel was excellent - it is both close to the train station and the city centre, with a range of restaurants nearby ( helpful when you arrive at 22.00 !). The facilities were impeccible. The weight room was in great condition. Amongst the frenzy of tourists and residents, the hotel was a small oasis. We had all the privacy we could ask for, and yet we were blocks from the duomo and the city center.

The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

I had stayed there before, so I knew it was walking distance to all the major sites. The fact that is is just across the street from the train station was perfect for us because we took a train into and out of Florence, so the hotel could not have been more convenient for dealing with heavy suitcases.

Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. I would like to note that the hotel is the second floor of an historical building. The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.
