  Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. A small breakfast was served in our room and she did everything possible to accomodate us. She was very friendly and kind. The room was simple but nice. I liked the colour of the curtains and bed spreads and the decor ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » in general. It had good wi-fi, and good air-conditioning. The bathroom was slightly small but comfortable nonetheless. The building on the outside - The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not). Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.

  Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and... τι λέει ο κόσμος » even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay here again simply for the service. - The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

It is in a very central position for walking - 5 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to the Pal - - amazing location just in front of historical site, which was directly observed from the window! - extremely nice and helpful staff who made our stay perfect - great value for money in the centre of Rome - nice breakfast especially compared to expectations of just basic stuff with coffee and croissant - we received free welcoming sparkling wine several times! - all facilities are very well preserved and even exceed some 5 stars hotels I've stayed in Europe

  It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.
