  The suite was large and very comfortable. Excellent view over St Mark's Square. The location was very handy to St Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace as well as to the shops and restaurants. No lifts, but it was only one flight of stairs. Right on the square so we were able to sit in the air conditioned room and look out over the crowded square. It was very warm outside, but cool inside. Beautifully decorated Venetian room. Nice bathroom too. Be aware you have to check in at a hotel around the corner.

  Davide was very helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. Everyone else there was also very pleasant. A very quiet place, especially for the great location between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed quite comfy. But the most important thing is friendly considerate personnel!
