Friendliness of staff. All spoke perfect English and very helpful. Nice
outdoor area to relax with view of river and nature reserve in what is a
busy area. Nice "continental breakfast". All fixtures and
fittings immaculate as hotel only two years old. Rebbibia metro station
about 800 metres away. All day rover ticket 6 euros or 1.5 euro per trip

1.Stuff very friendly and polite (not very common in Rome).
2.Nice breakfast with a gentle girl who serves all kinds of coffees. 3.Close to Rebibbia metro station (5 min walking) which is approx. 15-20 min to Termini station and 22 min to Colloseum.

Friendly helpful staff, clean room, high ceiling, quiet, convenient location - It was easy to find for someone that has never been to Rome. I arrived at Termini station and took the blue line to Rebibbia which is the last stop. Then as you come out of the subway you just walk straight out of the subway about 400 meters to the hotel.

Good sized, air conditioned rooms, pleasant staff. Nice large swimming pool (charged extra) - everything was good; we also found a pizzaria, close by, opened till midnight with good food and prices

B&B 2012 is located near Tiburtina Station (a little bit far from city center). To reach city center you have to reach tiburtina station (by bus, 3 stops or by walk 15 min) then metro line B (connection to line A at termini station). Very good price for this quality. Everything in the room is new (big room of around 15-20m² with individual bathroom). Good breakfast with home made italian cake (from 8.00 to 10.00). The staff were really nice. Especially the guy named Simon. We were really late on the day of arrival (about 11 at night)(because the airport was out of electricity). He was waiting us downstairs for hours!!!
The room is really comfortable
The balcony is really relaxing. And you can see sunset from the balcony!!

1. Hotel check in is since 14:00. However, personnel agreed to meet us and perform check in at 10:00 so we were able to spend more time in Rome. This is really fantastic, and this is why I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

Friendly staff, Very clean, very secure.
Actually surprised to have access to a microwave in a small but reasonably sized kitchen and basic utensils , we were on a tight budget so that was great. !!!
Its no frills accommodation but its ideal for someone who wants to see Rome on a tight budget.

If this hotel was situated in the historic center then it would definitely be one the best hotels in Rome. The interior design of the room, the bathroom and the other places (reception, breakfast room) is more than modern, well decorated and elegant. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the best designed hotel ever stayed in.
