  It is hard to fault this place. It is near the railway and bus stations, easy walking to all points of interest in Florence. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very helpful. The neighbourhood is noisy but the shutters and windows block out nearly all of it.   The hotel is in a very quiet area of the historical center and everything is in a really short walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful always. The hotel provided all the facilities we could possibly want.
