  Extremely friendly and helpful staff; location was perfect - near beautiful Salute church and vaporetto stop - quiet and away from the crowds. Overlooking the Grand Canal.   We stayed 2 nights at PalazzinaG. I thought the staff was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.From the reservation day, they requested if they could be of any help for the transfer & proactively proposed restaurants and activities in Venice. On my wife's birthday, they spontaneously brought a birthday cake to our breakfast table, which was a nice personal touch.The hote - I arrived a week to soon (oops) and with the good attitude of giacomo (we got an upgrade to the available room the grand canal suite with a small extra) but we had a fantastic time. -the staff is very attentive and they are well informed about your needs/ wishes - the location was excellent - that saturday was a djset/party in the hotel, we got a couple free drinks and there was a good athmosphere

  Luxury hotel for a reasonable price. Extra services are expensive though. Nice location by canal and very quiet, but close to Vaporetto. - It was absolutely amasing
