The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels. The facilities may be basic but it is very clean and there is air-conditioning, a safe and a fridge. -

My teenager daughter and me stayed here for 4 nights as it is close to
Termini station,where we needed to be at 4 oclock in the morning before
leaving Rome.We get a very clean, large room and big comfortable beds,
rich breakfast,tasty Italian coffee and pleasant owners who are not
boring but you can always find them when you need. I will recommend it
to all my friends and would like to stay here again.

The location was set between St Peters Square and Castle Sant' Angelo 5min walk to either. The staff were very helpful and friendly they keep the hotel in perfect condition(very clean). It was only 1 month old at the time of our stay so it is new. They also had a very nice breakfast with various croissants and pastries as well as bread& toaste

Me and my wife, we had a wonderful weekend in Rome in November. This accommodation was an excellent surprise. We were afraid because the price was not that high and we heard so many stories about wrong information in the internet. We had a warm reception from Gabriela and her support was excellent. We found the double room with private bathroom outstanding in terms of decoration, functionality, space and with a good heating system. The room was very clean, and the walls with brand new paint. Br

The room was perfect for us - nice sized, very clean, modern, with a
great view of the Colosseum & Forum. It's a small group of rooms
on the 2nd floor within a larger building - so it gives the feel of
small bed-and-breakfast or something similar. The owners/hosts

to speak Italian and still give us some great tips on places to visit
and eat. Even helped us -
Location was what we wanted: close to Colosseo and Forum. Each morning
we had coffee outside the cafe next to the entrance door to our appts
watching Colosseo and bathing in the morning sun. 6-8 euro to the place
from the historic center (Parteon ) by taxi if you are tired. Metro is
1-2 min from the place. Room is nice, clean, very modern. We have booked
with the appts the transfers to and from the airport - very comvinient.
Wifi worked very well. Roberto and Claudia were nice and helpful. Nice
