χαμογελαστο και προθιμο προσωπικο - The accomodation as well as the excellent service. Also the location was perfect. Internet store 1/2 block away and laundry with clean new washers and dryers 1/2 block away. A bus stop 1/2 block away. - This hotel was beautiful, and perfectly located. Very modern. η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχειου ειναι πολυ καλη. αρχικα μασ εδωσαν εναδωματιο πολυ μικρο και βρωμικο αλλα μολισ ζητησαμε αλλαγη μασ δοθηκε έναμεγαλο και καθαρο δωματιο. το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ φιλικο καιεξυπηρετικο. το πρωινο ηταν καλο. γενικα ηταν ενα μικρο αλλα ρομαντικοξενοδοχειο. - άνετο με καλούς χώρους , καθαρό και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία

The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence

Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. I would like to note that the hotel is the second floor of an historical building. The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.
