I was pleased with this hotel in every way! The price was more than I wanted to pay but, realizing lodging in Venice is expensive, I left feeling quite satisfied with my stay there. αν και οταν φτασαμε φοβηθηκαμε γιατι ηταν πολυ παλιο απο εξω τα δωματιαηταν πολυ καλα καθαρα αν και απο οτι ειδα την ημερα τησ αναχωρησεισειχαν ξεκινησει εργασειεσ επισκευησ απο εξω τελικα ολα καλα - The staff was extrememly helpful. All spoke excellent English. The breakfast was also top notch. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Note
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » : This visit was in the month of March, so no comment can be made about the comfort of the room in the summer months. - The hotel was excellent and the location superb. Located right across the bridge from the train station and next to the vaporetta station we were able to see and do everything with little effort. The room was very nice and continental breakfast fresh and good.

They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. No we do not regret about this decision and can recommend the hotel to everybody

An easy walk from Piazzale Roma bus station and Santa Lucia train station (no boat to catch, no dragging suitcases through the heavy tourist traffic). There was absolutely no noise from the train station or the canal adjacent the apartments.
Due to the location you do not get large numbers of passers by, so very peaceful.

The apartment was a lovely surprise. The building is quite new on two levels curving around a canal with a residential piazza at the front. The apartment we had is upstairs, sparkling clean, light, comfortable and well equipped. It is located a 10 minute walk from the station. We couldn't find it immediately but on the second walk past we realised that each house has its own number in the locality, rather than a street number. After reading horror stories of small rooms and inconsistent service in
Venice, we intentionally looked for a room with updates and some space

I would definitely recommend this beatiful hotel to anyone - especially couples- planning to visit Venice. It is very convieniently located on the Grand Canal just opposite the reailway station. This is especially important if you are arriving by train from other cities in Italy.
