  The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!! There's a few floors but with only a few rooms, meaning its not loud; you can sleep in peace, and quiet.   Absolutley stunning views, perfect location (4 minutes to P Le Roma, but quiet near a church and a wonderful square with fantastic restaurants and great service). We arrived at 23:00 and were greated with a smile. They even provided us with a selection of breakfast cereals and croissants as a "present."   We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel really stood out in terms of quality (from what we saw of other hotels in venice). The staff (who all spoke at least some English) were friendly and helpful. The room was impressive and ours was bigger than I thought it would be after I read that some people thought the rooms were small. Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was in the quite end of town and away from the crowd. It is also a very short distance (5min) to the public transportation dock and maybe 15 min walk to the train station. Rooms very modern and clean. Hot water all week and lots of water pressure. Breakfast was hot everyday and delicious

  This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by.
