It was in an excellent location. The room was spacious and delivered as promised from the website. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating in every respect. - Loved Vicki the night Manager. Actually all the staff were great. The location was perfect. Could walk to almost anywhere! Wonderful hotel. A luxury B&B. Attended by Mr. Newton who is excellent! Helpful, kind, well educated. The breakfast is good and enough. The location at Piazza Navona is just perfect. Great location, quiet building despite location right on Piazza Navona. Rooms were adequate size & bathrooms were modern. Breakfast, while not gourmet was adequate way to start the day. This is a residential/ business building where 1 floor has been converted into hotel rooms. There is no staff on duty or a front desk. The check in/breakfast people were helpful, but only there at limited times.

Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. We were also able to check out very late as there was no one needing the room immed

very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor
needs was excelling! For example, she prepared breakfast one morning
earlier than the scheduled breakfast period to allow us to get an early
start with that day's activity.
Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too.

The staff were accommodating and discreet; the hotel was beautifully decorated - all the historical were fully preserved but with a modern finish; having a key gave me total liberty to come and go as I pleased, and for €50 their taxi service to the airport was excellent value. Would definitely stay here again. -
