  We were 8,9,10 April 2011.Everthing was perfect, breakfast reach and very good, clean, comfortable and not expensive to be in Rome and the most important Samantha and Nicoletta where very polite and helped us a lot htey left their mobile phone to be called at any time!

  "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. The room was excellent, quite, brand-new, bi... τι λέει ο κόσμος » g and VERY clean. Rome and "At forty-one" just keeps on pulling me back. If I go again in Rome this is my place to stay. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

  The staff were extremely kind and helpful, seem to have a philosophy of providing excellent service for the paying customer. The rooms are very modern, very clean and comfortable. Everything carefully designed to the last little details in minimalist style and made of good quality.   The staff, especially the morning Receptionist, was very helpful and accommodating. Although we were asked to check out at 10 a.m., when we requested an extension of time, he gave us another room where we could wash and get ready to go to the airport when we returned back to the hotel at around 10 a.m. - Excellent friendly staff, cleanliness of ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » room, nicely decorated bed and bathroom; location of guest house is fantastic - close to city centre but in a nice Roman shopping area with less tourists and lovely restaurants. Would recommend and definetely stay there again if I came back.
