Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. It is hard to evaluate this place, as there were a few problems with our
stay. We arrived early and left our bags, but were only able to do that
because the cleaning lady was there. When we returned after a long day,
the manager did not answer knocking on his door. I walked over 4 blocks
to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call
and my rescuer worked out getting me in. He was very nice, but
didn't speak any English - we didn't speak any Italian, so there
were some

The staff was very helpful - from booking our airport transportation to
making suggestions of which sites to see. Marta's suggestions for
booking ticket attractions in advance was extremely helpful and saved us
from waiting in long ques. -
A extremely nice place, perfect to visit Rome. Martha and Francesco are very kind and gave us excellent rest

I loved everything about this hotel, I will stay here whenever I will go

We liked the location being close to the Vatican, close to the bus, metro and taxi stations. The staff is very cordial, professional and helpful. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The roof garden terrace is great for breakfast, aperitifs, with a view which is unique in Rome. There are lemon trees, olive trees, kumquat trees, lavende

I found the staff of the well positioned hotel to be its greatest asset, they went out of their way to ensure that everything I did in Rome was perfect. They were great in their recommendations and everyone I had dealings with were incredibly knowledgable on Rome. I highly recommend it and would stay there again next time in Rome.

The staff, especially the morning Receptionist, was very helpful and accommodating. Although we were asked to check out at 10 a.m., when we requested an extension of time, he gave us another room where we could wash and get ready to go to the airport when we returned back to the hotel at around 10 a.m. -

The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way.
Room are spacious with a large bathroom. The guest house is on the 3th
floor of a old nice building. It is really nice and you will have the
feeling to be in house more than a Hotel. It is safe and well located.

Πάρα πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο. Είχε μπανίερα και όχι ντούζ. Η τοποθεσία 100μ από το μουσείο του Βατικανού και 500μ από τη στάση μετρό. I liked that the staff spoke English and that there was a free shuttle to the airport. The breakfast in the rooftop garden and the chef were great. It was the best breakfast and the most charming chef, Francesca, in all of Italy.
