We had a nice stay and we really felt looked after. Got all the answers to our questions and room was serviced every day. Walkable distance to city centre and metro right outside. I recommend stating here and its good value for what it costs. -

They also had fruit, yogurt, juice and crackers available when we arrived so we didn't need to rush out for food. The hotel made a mistake and sold me a room which was already booked. As soon as they discovered the problem, they immediately called me and placed at another place which was close to all attractions but still on a residential street far away from the crowds. In addition, they offered a free transfer to the airport. Alessandro and Myryam went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I am booking with them for my next trip to Rome. Thank you.

We stayed two nights.Our hosts were excellent. Very welcoming and informative about Rome and places to visit. The room was clean but I feel a tad on the small side and quite basic in its layout. Nice bathroom. You could help yourself to refreshments whenever you want. Breakfast was served in your room as there was no kitchen or dining room. this was at an agreed time with hosts. This was a continental breakfast and consisted of toast, croissants, yogurt and drinks. This was plenty.

Gianluca our host could not be more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much. Planning walks to make the best use of time and packing in the sites, recommending local restaurants etc. Casa Martini was a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the sites but also close to the metro if you want to save your legs . It is modern and very well appointed. We loved the fact we had the use of a kitchen if we wanted fully stocked with tea, coffee, milk and cookies!

We loved everything about this B&B. Alice, the owner, goes out of her way to make the guests feel at home. She even helped us when we had a medical emergency and even offered to drive us to the emergency room (which we luckily didn't have to). There are drinks (water, juice, ice tea) in the refrigerator, coffee and tea in the kitchen as well as fresh fruit in the room every day. Breakfast is toast, cereal and croissants.
