The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was five star - The hotel location was pretty much central, the front desk staff was extremely helpful. They answered our quesions and were always ready to print our a map and direct us to where we waned to go. The room was great. The highlight of our stay was the helpfulness of Jason and all the staff.

  Were able to sleep 5 in one room for the night, very affordable, in the heart of the city, and easy enough to get to from the airport via the Alilaguna water service. We did have to haul all our cruise luggage through the streets from the stop, and over 2 canals, but was worth it in the end for the location. Our own mistake not powering on the air conditioning at f - The location of the hotel was perfect, just 5min walk to St Mark's Cathedral, and on a very fancy street with many brands' stores. The staff was very friendly (thanks to Reymond). The hotel by mistake charge our money before we go, but as an apologize they offered us a free champagne and cookies, which we appreciated. The room size was enough for us, and the bathroom was completely renewed. On the breakfast they serve cheese, ham, fruits,.. Was quite nice but we adored the pie with spinach. For

  This is my second visit to the wonderful hotel and it will not be my last! The location is amazing, only 1 bridge to cross with your suit case from the water stop, situated minutes from San Marco and the Grand Canal. As a solo traveller I walked back to the hotel well after midnight, to a warm and welcoming reception. Nothing is too much trouble... τι λέει ο κόσμος » . Nice breakfast - excellent coffee! To everyone at the Do Pozzi, thank you for a wonderful holiday. - The staff were just brilliant, welcoming, friendly, helpful and they even kept their cool when our 5 year old spilt her yoghurt over their beautiful carpet at breakfast. The room was top class and very comfortable for a family of 4. The motel is in a top spot so close to all the action. P.S don't be put off by the alleyway entrance. We were initally concerned it was going to be a dinghy place but we were pleasantly surprised.

  Having a room overlooking a canal full of gondoliers was a dream. Every day a parade of them cam right under our window playing their accordions and singing opera. It was very special.   A lovely comfortable warm room. Very small as it was a single but with a double bed and a canal view. Spotlessly clean. En suite immaculate. Clean towels and linen daily. It is 5 minutes from st Marks Square so it was so easy to see the amazing sites there but was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the little boat landing with my book and drink after a day sightseeing.
