We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. We stayed at the Benvenuto apartment and found it to be very spacious
and comfortable. It is very clean and beautiful inside. Breakfast is
very good.the staff is very nice. You have to take into account that it
is located on a fourth flour and there is no elevator: important when
you have medium suitcases, and that the reception is open just part
time.The location can´t be better

Fantastic location literally bang in the heart of Florence just off piazza de la signoria, room was clean and the facilities were everything that I needed.
The manager Roberto was lovely and also a wonderful host who couldnt have been anymore helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence.

THe close location to the Duomo and the rest of Florence. Hearing the bells ring everyday.
THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. I was going to stay one night and stayed THREE because my hotel was so pleasing and getting around FLorence was easy. -

expected, and very well stocked. Even the cappuccino was good! The
bathroom was spacious clean and everything worked. For the price and

We passed through Florence for three nights during our honeymoon and had
a wonderful stay at Emozioni. Everyday we were left a treat reminding us

This B&B is really central, but quiet. It is less than a five minute
walk to the Duomo in one direction and Ponte Vecchio in another. All
major places of interest are within very easy walking distance, as is
the station. Allesandro and Cesare were very helpful and friendly, they
were also happy to book restaurants for us. When we checked in we were
given a map and suggestions of restaurants. The room was very clean and

Tourist House Ghiberti was very close to the Duomo and within easy walking distance of the railway station and all the attractions we came to see. Claudio was an excellent host. It's proximity to the Duomo gave us an excellent central point from which to do all our touring on foot. Breakfast selection was varied and good. The location is fabulous, centrally located and near to nearly
everything you would want to see in Florence. We visited with our 8 and
5 year olds and they loved the carousel, pastry shops, and activity on

The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Florence and yet an
easily walkable distance from smn station. The apartment was spacious
for 2 people (my 11 yr old granddaughter and me). Having to go first to
Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked
the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were
not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just
leave the key device on the kitchen table.

We had the exact room as the photos on the web, make sure to book the suite if you want that room. wonderful fresco, the staff are super friendly/helpful, and reccomended a nice restaurant cross the street. perfect place to stay if you travel lite coz no elevator. location is ideal, close the duomo and in walking distance to almost everywhere. - We

The rooms amasing, the kitchen amasing and soooooo cute. And extremely helpfull staff. A must see in Florence :-)
