  Very friendly and helpful staff, we left our bagage after check-out for all the day. Excellent location in downtown and price!   It was a very clean room. I had free use of the internet.It was great to have the freedom to hold bags at counter for a few hours after checkout to see more sites and the ability to use the shower when i came back to collect my luggage. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. You are also very close to everything. The double-glazed windows helped to shut out the noise from outside. The price of the room was very reasonable considering that the hotel is centrally located. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone considering visiting Florence.
