Not only was the staff so helpful and friendly all the time at site, they helped us prepare our stay even before the trip communicating by email.

that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) -

The location was superb. We could walk to the train station, to the port, to the shops, to the sights and the restaurants. We were a family of four with two children (9 and 12) and our accomodation suited us very well. we had two adjoining rooms with 2 bathrooms and plenty of closet/drawer space. The Hotel located on main street, with the university view, with noise insulated windows (it is very quite in the room). 5 minute walk from the metro station. Very close to the main sites of the old quarter.
10 minute walk from the marina Molo Bevellero.
The rooms are very nice and clean, the receptionist are kind and helpful. The breakfast diverse and plentiful.

All the reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. In particular, they were kind enough to let us leave our heavy suitcases with them while we went to Capri for two days even though we weren't coming back to stay there. Ilaria (I hope I have the name right - the English version of Hilary I think) was particularly helpful to us.

An excellent hotel, very well located. Most important attractions are walking distance away as are the Railway Station and the Ferry Wharf. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me plan my trips to the Amalfi coast, Capri et al. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Seem to be newly done up. The morning breakfast was very nice and while it was an excellent Prosecco instead of Champagne, I certainly had no complaints. Some excellent pizzerias nearby. All in all a very pleasant

very nice modern hotel, convenient for the station as we were travelling by train on to Sorrento. Staff were lovely and very helpful, loved the area. As with any NH hotel, this property was wonderful! The staff was great, the property was modern, and the breakfast was fabulous! We were with my parents and their room was a bit small (sea view), but our city view room was fantastic. NH and Jolly Hotels are always a delight- and this was no exception. - Location, service, good breakfaste, friend

The size of our standard double room was almost twice as big as what we had expected! Very clean and well maintained. Good location- safe and easy to go around the city of Napoli. The hotel is located next to the excellent restaurant loved by locals. - accommodations were excellent as was restaurant

One night stay. Room, hotel facilities, staff and breakfast all excellent. Room rate high but this a 4 star hotel and the euro/pound exchange rate not good at the moment so that doesn't help. - Centrally located to everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
