  Breakfast and only 2 or 3 m walking to San Marco - The hotel was charming, bright and full of character. We stayed in the Junior Suite which had a jacuzzi, a reasonably priced mini-bar, a flat screen TV and the room was decorated in a quintessentially Italian manner.   All that really matters is excellent: location, pleasant and competent staff, facilities, cleanliness. Breakfast was very good, but it`s main selling point is the terrace in which it is served - on top of the rooftop above the Grand Cannal with the most magnificent view.   Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise!   excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs.   Excellent location. Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything. The free internet access also very useful as were the many other included facilities. - A real find. We departed before breakfast, and hotel provided "breakfast packs" to go, free of charge.

  The rooms were comfortable and beautifully furnished and well equiped. We loved the swimming pool too. - excellent experience for new year eve stay,I will go back again next time
