As soon as we arrived, Danilo (the owner) welcomed us and gave almost 30 minutes introduction on the transportation, real must-see- spots that only true Roman people know, and recommendation for tour course based on your schedule and restaurants. If you want to know how the inside of the apartments you - The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!

  I had booked a double room in this hotel for my parents, I was flying back to Ireland. I met Daniel at reception after a very short and easy taxi ride from the train station. In fact we were so early to miss breakfast the last day our host asked if we wanted to grab something from a local cafe. Always considering us and our comfort. Great personal breakfast.   The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking from Manzini metro station (which is only 2 stations from Termini), and about 10-15 minutes the Colosseum, and the Forum on foot, or the tram no.3. Furnitures are brand new and the bathroom is amazing, with a Jacuzzi shower. Breakfast is served in your room. The owners are really nice and kind. They have offered us all the support we needed since we had a small problem on the night of our arrival. Great service!

  Location is perfect, walking distance to the Vatican and all bus tour sightseeing tour. Very clean, spacious, private, comfortable room, excellent breakfast included. The owner Roxana and her husband were very professional, friendly and made us feel at home.
