In general a very good place: Located right next to a canal in Cannaregio, you are at Rialto Bridge and St Marco's in a few minues. It's a rather small place with only a few rooms, so the atmosphere is very cosy. Our rooms were nice and clean, the bathroom new and we had to share it only with one other room. Wonderful location and friendly welcoming staff. Nice big comfey bed and almost had a canal view! Very quiet and well located to walk everywhere. The kitchen was small but still got all the facilities to make yummy dinner!

Excellent location and standard of room - delightful quiet part of Venice, very helpful staff - Umberto met us at the vaporetto stop and helped us get our bags to the hotel. The room was gorgeous with beautiful canopied bed and large bathroom all just completed.

Location is excellent! 10 min walk from St. Marks and 10 min from Rioalto.
The owner is friendly and willing to help you with anything you may need.
Facilities and room were perfect for us.

The appartment was very new, very clean with two bathrooms (one for the
kids) and a separated bed room with bathroom for the parents. Perfect

Our room was basic but good value for money. We were in the heart of Venice, just a few minutes from St. Mark's Square and ideally located for everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. -
We left a pair of boots by mistake and we came back later to ask and
they returned. The breakfast is ok. The staff is very helpful.

Very clean, comfortable, nice and friendly staff. Great location in city centre. - There was no problem ariving late in the evening, the breakfast was good, we had a small kitchen in the room that I did not expect, and we were able to leave our bags in the hotel lobby after we checked out
